Family Monuments

A family memorial is a monument placed over two or more graves and generally consists of a kerbing surround, a base stone and a headstone placed on to the base stone.

A family monument may be covered by dirt, a granite slab (ledger) or concrete and chips top.

The term family monument depicts the memorial covering two plots (or graves). These types of memorials may accommodate from one up to six internments.
